What we collect
When you use the proposal builder or contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and company, plus the project details and service selections you submit. If you create a client portal account we also store your account email and any messages, files and payment records tied to your projects.
Why we collect it
We use this information to prepare and send proposals, deliver contracted work, issue invoices, and communicate with you about your projects. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising to you or anyone else.
Where it is stored
Data is stored in our managed cloud database and file storage, protected by row-level access rules so that each client account can only reach its own records. Proposal and deliverable files are held in private storage and served through short-lived signed links.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are kept for up to 24 months. Records tied to contracted work — proposals, invoices and payment history — are retained for seven years to meet accounting and tax obligations.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
The site uses essential cookies and local storage only — to keep you signed in and to remember your light or dark theme preference. There are no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
